February 5,2015...As Valentine day approaches, it is a fact that in the last 10 years there has been more Divorces in the State of New York breaking all kinds of records.
Biggest Reasons-#1 Financial problems, and #2 Cheating on your partner.
In many cases it is both #1 and #2 reasons.

Some woman get married to get away from strict parents. Some men get married because they think they found the right women. In some cases it maybe true, but many women look to always better their financial positions, and try their best to get the most out of male as possible. Known as to be a Queen like individual, and to be catered to. This applies to about 28% of women only. And women can get spoiled and accustomed to this.

Age difference increasing these past 7-10 years.... Women with men 15-20 years older.
Surprisingly it is more common today for a woman to be going with, living with or remarrying a man that is approximately 16 years the elder.
Case in point, Derek Jeter is 40 years old, and his new girlfriend is 24 year old model
Model Hannah Davis, 24, graces the newly unveiled cover of this year's Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue. Of course many will say it is the MONEY. And success can bring you more than you have dreamed about as a man. Which brings me to the story of "Stress".
More than three-quarters of adults suffer from stress. The American Psychological Association’s “Stress in America” survey results for 2014, released this week, shows that 72 percent of adults report feeling stressed about money at least some of the time, and 22 percent say that they experience extreme stress about money. Top reported triggers include paying for unexpected expenses, paying for essentials, and saving for retirement.
Todays women must try to find a mate but one that earns a living, has a car, is not stingy with money, and one who does like to go out on occasions. But age difference should not be a factor. Better to have pure love, with a mature romantic man full of passion, who shows respect than being with a man who has many secrets.

Which now leaves me to Computer dating! You can't make this stuff up. Call it DESPERATION. Imagine meeting someone on a computer, then you go out on a date with him. Women do not know really if the guy is married, running from the law, has a record, or a disease. Beware! And since men are so bold to tell a women, that they left their wife, left their wife and children, have no job, no car, no real income except odd jobs, there are women who will engage in sex within the first 4 weeks of meeting someone. A Truism. Or the question is, 'How desperate can a women be?'.

Difference today for men is how aggressive and bold women have become with men these past ten years. It doesn't matter if you are married, or not, women are out there just for sex. Not everyone, but more than 60% are today. 
For a man today, who is single, or divorced you must be extremely careful with whom you go out with, in many ways.

For a women today, many are not stupid, have been used, burnt, cheated on, abused, and became financially destroyed.  So they to must be more selective than ever, or fall into the same whirlpool that they have been used to before.

LOVE-CAN BE EVEN A TEMPORARY TIME, 5 TO 7 YEARS, OR 10.
A QUALITY TIME FRAME, NO MATER THE AGE, THAT SHOULD BE WITH 100% PURE LOVE, RESPECT, AND DEVOTION. NOT LOOKING FOR A LONG TERM, A FOREVER TERM, BUT A SPECIAL LOVE TO EXPERIENCE TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN YOUR LIFE FOR A CHANGE.
